Abstract

The development of architecture and its pursuit of perfection can only be achieved through society to reach a specific result when meeting new desires that arise as a result of human development, expanding individual and societal needs, and deepening their relationships in multifaceted ways. The research focuses on development as it requires a clear cumulative vision of the integrative relationship between practice and participation in interpreting the act (effect) from the force (influence). It emphasizes that the power of capabilities is understood through learning and education in describing the capabilities of architecture. This involves adopting new ideas and intellectual premises and studying the process of transformation from old intellectual principles to a new set of principles and premises. The act of development is described in terms of the development of society, leading to new insights for enhancing the reality of architectural production. Programs that provide training opportunities aim to facilitate the transfer and exchange of knowledge and experiences by aligning the needs and capabilities of society with available resources in planned development programs to bring about social change in building and organizing society. These programs lead to change for the better as long as they adhere to a scientific movement in their implementation. The concept of development encompasses growth and change to signify radical transformations in society with the goal of enabling continuous self-development for society to improve the quality of life for all its members. The research builds its hypothesis on "the ability of architecture through capacity building programs and approaches to development events" to address the research boundaries based on its three variables (architecture - development - capacity building programs) within the context of time and place relationships.
